Huh Seung-Pyo is a former South Korean footballer, enterpreneur and football director.

In 1973, he trained in Coventry City F.C.. His brother is Huh Chang-Soo who is the chairman of FC Seoul. He is the chief director of Korean Football Institute^[1] and the chairman of Purple Works.
